Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations, transfers, and service eligibility for seasonal pumpkin décor packages. Please review alongside our full Terms & Conditions.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the seasonal nature of our products and services, all sales are final once the purchase is made. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after booking.

2. Transfers & Changes

If you need to transfer your package to another person or a different address, please email us at contact@pumpkinupdecor.com at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery.

  • Transfers must remain within the same season and our service area.

  • Address changes outside zone coverage may incur additional delivery fees.

  • Requests after the 7-day window are not guaranteed.

3. Outside Delivery Area

If you place an order and the delivery address is outside our approved service zones, we’ll contact you. You may:

  • Provide an alternate eligible address, or

  • Cancel for a refund minus payment processing fees, or

  • Elect to hold the order (if future service becomes available).
    If we do not hear back, the order will be canceled and refunded minus processing fees.

Customers are encouraged to confirm service area eligibility before placing an order.

4. Cancellations by Pumpkin Up Decor

In rare cases (safety, extreme weather, farm shortages, or access issues), we may need to modify or cancel your installation. We will reach out with options to reschedule, credit, or refund (minus processing fees) at our discretion. See our Force Majeure clause in the Terms & Conditions.

5. Damaged on Delivery / Quality Concerns

Pumpkins are natural, perishable, and not always perfect. Variations in color, shape, and surface texture are normal. We inspect all products before delivery, but if your display arrives with excessive damage or a significant issue unrelated to natural variation, please contact us within 7 days of installation.

We do not offer refunds for damage caused by weather, sun exposure, animals, or natural aging. However, in select cases, we may offer a one-time partial replacement — subject to availability and a delivery fee.

6. Changes to This Policy
